Yes thats correct, i click it and it disapears after about a second and does not load

When was the last time it worked correctly and do you know if anything has changed on your computer as far as antivirus or any windows updates?

I did a full scan a few days ago i think Kapersky and since then i think it hasnt worked

I see, so most likely somehow Kapersky has blocked some services needed for Windows Mail to work correctly. Do you know how to temporarily disable Kaspersky to see if this is true?
