I have an Epson Stylus B1100 printer which worked fine, with very light use, until one day it just did not switch on. No lights and the fuse on the power board was okay. Any ideas.

Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question! Have you tried a different power cable yet? Perhaps the cable is defective?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes, I have tried another power lead with no luck. I also tried the original power lead on another appliance and it worked okay.

I hadn't used this printer for a couple of week or so. When I switched it on, the ON light came on and the OUT OF PAPER light also came on. I switched the printer OFF and filled it with paper. When I switched the printer ON again nothing happened. No lights.
