Customer Question

Hi,
I am using 3 Samsung SNF-7010 fisheye CCTV camera's and I have noticed on all of them one side of the camera are blurred and out of focus. Is this normal for these expensive cameras?

Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question! This is pretty normal for fisheye type cameras. You can try adjusting the focus a bit for the particular view you have, but it will be sort of like this just due to the fisheye effect. Did you need fisheye for particular reason? Perhaps looking at a model with a wide angle would work for your application?
