My Samsung led TV 50inch when I switched it on today it came up with the following message "no stored channels found. Please run auto tuning" I cannot move away from the page by pressing anything on the remote control. I have tried by switching power in and off but still same

No I've tried all the buttons , only the power buttons is working

humm, this is odd, since no other button works except power that indicates problem of TV firmware.Have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall socket for 10 minutes to reset?Also, how old is the TV and is it still under warranty?

Yes I tried unplugging but not for more than 5min I will try for longer now. TV is only 3 months old and is under warranty

OK, please try unplug TV for longer period and if it doesn't fix the issue then it would be corrupted firmware (TV internal issue) and probably occurred due to EEPROM chip failure on main board, since TV is under warranty so return it to store or call number on warranty card to get TV repaired by Samsung.
