My FinePix F660EXR will not download pictures to my computer.

Resolved Question:

My FinePix F660EXR will not download pictures to my computer. The computer simply says that there are no new photos to download. I have just downloaded windows 10 could this be the reason?

This is the windows logo button on the keyboard, to the left of the ALT key

Right click the photos you wish to copy and you can paste them anywhere you wish on the computer.

Still the same message.. When connected the back of the camera does not show a photo but simply a blank screen with the letters USB and the cable sign for a UAB
