Hi, I'm sorry about the issue. On the iPad, please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check. - If that does not work, press and release the Home button quickly for 3 times in order to disable the VoiceOver Control. - If that still does not work, hold down the Home button until Siri is triggered, then say “Turn off VoiceOver” or similar. - If that still does not work, go to Settings > General > Accessibility -> VoiceOver and turn it off. Basically, use three finger to scroll and double-tap an option you want. Please see video instructions for iPad/iPhone at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2612jR1Sz5I, and/or at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCdYMt_o_p0 - If needed, see more methods at http://atmac.org/voiceover-iphone-ipad-wont-stop-talking, and/or restore the iPad with iTunes:https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252 Please reply back to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.

So you've tried to press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, but it still did not work. Please try the following fix: Open the iTunes program on your Windows or Mac computer. If needed, please download and install the latest iTunes program at the Apple website on your computer first:http://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/download/Press & hold the Power button on the iPad until it lets you slide to turn off, then slide to turn off.Connect the iPad to your computer with the iPad's USB cable. On the iPad, press and hold the Home button and the Power button at the same time. After 10 or 11 seconds, release the Power button, but continue holding the Home button (for about another 10 seconds) until the iTunes program shows that it has detected an iPad in recovery mode.Click OK or Restore / factory reset. - If needed, please watch video instructions at the website below; it may be easier:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6FSHAp6fvkPlease let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you,
