Are the lines thin or thick?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

about quarter inch thick

Expert:  nathan_mills replied 1 year ago.
The possible causes for this problem can be a faulty IC or the LCD may have gone bad.Turn off your instrument for 3-4 hours. Let it get discharge completely . There is some times charge stored in the capacitors which is responsible for these lines. Now, try Initializing the keyboard by pressing the last white key WHILE turning the Unit ON. (Warning any previously recorded music will be erased). If the lines are still there then the piano needs to be checked by a technician. Please rate the chat POSITIVELY so that I can receive my payment. Thanks.
