Hello, I'm Shahid and will be happy to assist you. I need additional info of TV symptoms to troubleshoot the problem.This is not an answer so do not rate it.- Can you please get me the model number written on back of TV?- Does TV menu option screen come up when press Menu button on TV or its remote?Thanks.

Hi, nothing happened when we used the remote &/or the TV menu buttons. We have taken it back to the original supplier as we understand it to have failed.

Thanks Donna for the info. Colour lines & squares on screen issue related to LCD/LED panel which need to be replaced, I hope your TV would still be under warranty so returning it to supplier/ store will help to get replacement TV or repair it under warranty.
