Hello, I'm Shahid and will be happy to assist you. I need additional info of TV symptoms to troubleshoot the problem. This is not an answer so do not rate it.- Can you please get me the model number written on back of TV?- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources? Thanks.

OK, have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check? If not yet, can you try it now and reply back with the result? Thanks.

That hadn't worked

OK, we need to reset the TV to default settings then run channel scan to see if it picks local TV channels. Please press Menu, go to Setup and select Plug & Play option and press OK, this will restore default settings in TV and initial setup screen will come up, go through setup process and run auto program/ channel setup (verbiage could be different) to see if TV picks local transmission signals? If problem still persist then I'm afraid it would be TV tuner problem and entire main board of TV will be replaced as tuner is mounted on main board and this will resolve the problem. Please reply back with the result.Thanks.
