This can be something stuck in the port of the memory card. If you blow it out, and then try to put a paperclip in to take out anything lodged in it, then try to put the memory card in, does it then stay down?

tried that still not working

ok, try to push the memory card down as far as it goes using a matchstick or similar to see if you can get it to lock.

It is the internal spring or lock that has faulted.
