My 55 inch Samsung tv keeps switching off second

Resolved Question:

Hello , my 55 inch Samsung tv keeps switching off for 2 second every 10 minutes. It comes straight back on. On its own. I have checked all the normal stuff like timers and sleep and no signal off
I would just like to know if it is going to need a technician called out

Can you remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket)
Then hold the power button on the TV itself for 60 seconds then release.
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power, turn it on and tell me if it now operates correctly please.

Thanks
It is the internal power board that has faulted. Its a bulging capacitor that has not yet blown but keeps shorting out.
