Hi, I have a problem with my TV, on the app store I can't seem to find the Netflix app at all.

It wont' be on your TV's internet, any time you Delete your Netflix app, it should download in Samsung's App box on your Smart hub. Any chance your remote has a dedicated Netflix button on it?Of course I'm ASSUMING it's a Samsung...Smart hub is a Samsung phrase, you won't find other brands using that term.You said you reset Smart Hub...did you try to power down and back up and give it any time to restore its software??

Hi, Since I've had the tv there hasn't been a Netflix app on the Smart Hub, and there is no search facility where I can search for it.There isn't a dedicated Netflix button. To reset the smart Hub, I just clicked the reset buttons and all the ready installed apps were deleted so I had to reinstall various apps.The model code is: LT24D390SWIXU and the model is: T24D390S

Further research reveals that your model didn't come with Netflix app. Netflix builds that app, and installs it depending on your model number. I don't know why they didn't include it on your TV, but my guess is they figured it was more likely to be used as a computer monitor, not a TV set. Anyways the only workaround I can suggest is to buy a Samsung blu-ray player that you can connect to your TV and get Netflix that way. Otherwise you can call Netflix and request they write the app for your specific model. It'll take months, but that's the only way to get it to appear if they get enough complaints from other customers with the same model.A blu ray is the most universal way to get Netflix on any TV set.Sorry for the "reality check" but that's the way the companies operate.Need more information ? Reply back to me, ok?

There's been a few customers disappointed by the fact that Netflix didn't write software for your model. At least you won't spend all day trying to get Netflix on that unit. I hope it's new enough to trade up to another model that does have Netflix, but if not...a Blu Ray player is the fix for you.
