My ASUS tablet is not sending emails, though it is receiving. I've checked with my provider and there is no problem there (email on my laptop is fine).
I cannot get through to the helpline and the one time I did the person was very abrupt.

Have spoken to Tesco, the settings are OK - email on my laptop is working fine

No it seems to be sending then flicks the email back into the outbox.
BTW I couldn't open the link you sent directly on my pad or my laptop!

Remove the charger from the Asus and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and turn on the Asus and try to send an email.
