I have changed to windows 10 and now I cannot get my 305 printer

I have changed to windows 10 and now I cannot get my 305 printer to work.
It is connected directly to the computer.
what do ~I need to do please?.

Can you press the windows key + R and type in
services.msc
Press enter
Locate in the list print spooler
Click it and click Stop then click on it and click start
Then try to print and tell me please if it now prints.

This is the key with the windows logo on it and the R key on your keyboard.

It's no problem.
It is the key to the left of the ALT key on the left of your keyboard, the one with the windows logo on it.

You made a mistake again with the spelling of the word as its not how I wrote it out.
It is critical we do these instructions correctly else it wont get fixed.

The problem is as you had so many issues following my instructions. I am not certain they have been done correctly.
Please do them again and tell me step by step what you saw so I know they were done correctly please.

I carried out you first set of instructions .clicked on stop and restart. Then I did the print instruction fot the print screen up but did not print on pressing the print key

switched off and restarted after 20 secs(by swiching on again) but will not print from the ctrl+P command

I have checked in printer status and the last couple of tries are not getting into the queue bbut the printer error status is not appearing.

and i can't find anything.

Ithink i complted the access details correctly but it wno't connect reason unknown.~i don'thave a password ***** that is the reason but i thought your software did that and gave me a nnumber 6443over to you again
