I can access ITV, Chanel 4, 5 & 6, but, now I cannot access

Customer Question

I can access ITV, Chanel 4, 5 & 6, but, now I cannot access BBC1 or BBC2 with my "new" "One for all" remote control, which I am used to watching. It is only the connection that has been a little tightened on the actual telly, to engage a better reception of both image & sound, (total chaos/split up image on screen, & awful acoustics), that required a little adjustment re. the connection, but now, no BBC1 or BBC2! And I want to watch those channels & the programs!
Please kindly advise!
My telly is 3, or 4 years old, with DVD Video, made by LOGIC, (DolbyDigital), HD ready, 18.5 ins. I model no:L19LDVB19............
Please help me!
