What happens now when you try to shred?
and what is the model of it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No change it works in reverse but not in input. Unit is a Fellowes M-6c

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, keep flicking the switch between reverse and forward a number of times, can you then get it to run?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

I've done that 10 - 12 times, no change

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
And there is nothing at all between the shredder's teeth?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Not that I can see.

Thanks
It then points to the contact for the forward switch and that this is
not engaging. If the motor is working in reverse and there is no obstructions then it points to this and they will need to replace the board thats underneath.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the unit to have this done. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
