I have a TX-32AS500B LCD TV (Purchased 19/8/14 S/N XC4361829)

I have a TX-32AS500B LCD TV (Purchased 19/8/14 S/N XC4361829) about 4 days ago over 50% of the (terrestrial) free view channels start to break up and have steadily got worse, in some case is the whole screen is broken up. I live in East Anglia and have checked that the DVB transmission is normal.(Note I also have a Samsung TV which is OK and have plugged the Panasonic TV into the same aerial point and there was no improvement). I checked the TV signal which shows the strength as good and quality poor. I did a factory reset with no improvement and TV self test which was OK. I also have a 21 inch viera TV which developed the same problem.
Any ideas?

The TV was connected to the Internet but after performing a factory reset it will now need to be set up again. I have checked that the system software is up to date, which it is. Is this the same as firmware?

Firmware/ system software is the same thing.Since TV software is up to date then it left one suspected thing which is builtin tuner that process the aerial signals but the thing surprised me is that two Panasonic TV having same problem but other TVs are working fine with same aerial point which is really odd and indicates corrupted firmware issue. There are two options at this point, either replace the main board in this TV to resolve the problem OR wait few days as Panasonic might release another system software update to fix the issue but this option is totally in Panasonic hands and anyone else can't do any thing for it.I trust my input will help you out. I am speechless. Sadly I have just learned a harsh lesson in how easy it is to get mugged for £33. You haven't identified the problem (actual or probable) and obviously you have said nothing constructive about a possible solution. You even have the audacity to ask me to rate the call. Damn that's ruined my day.
