Have just bought a KD - 55X9005C. I watched a 3D movie

Hi
Have just bought a KD - 55X9005C.
I watched a 3D movie on weds with no problem, then tried to watch it again last night and it wouldn't work? Basically when I highlight the 3D button, the option menu doesn't appear, so I am stuck with a split screen? Option menu's also not active on other icons either e.g.sound?
All the other channels are working ok, on another note I can't get the TV to connect to my BT router?
Any ideas

- Have you tried to unplug TV and cable box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?If not yet, can you try it now and reply back with the result?

Ok done that, turned it all back on and the 3D worked for approx 10 sec then it went back to split screen, would you be able to call me to talk through.

Sorry to hear that, do you have 3D bluray player connected to TV to see if 3D vision works when playback 3d disc in bluray player?I guess we can troubleshoot the issue better in this text chat.

Ok, have not connected DVD player yet.The 3D depth adjustment is on 0 and says not available when 3D display is off but the option menu is saying 3D Display off.......it won't let me turn it on?

I understand and problem could be coming from sky box that is why asked to connect bluray player as a test to see how 3D vision goes on TV.
