I have just bought a DMC TZ60. I am just going through the setting up instructions and I get a message that the built in memory is full. I have not taken any pictures and I have followed the instructions to delete multi but still get the error. Please could you let me know what I need to do to get rid of the error message?

Basically, nowadays, any camera usually comes with no built-in memory (photo storage space) or with very small built-in memory for testing taking some pictures. You want to get an SD or SDHC or SDXC memory card and insert it to the camera in order to take lots of pictures.- This camera model contains a built-in memory of only 12 MB. Please click on the website below to compare memory size:http://i.imgur.com/DxQafi1.jpgNote: 1 GB is equal to about 1,024 MB.- To compare how many pictures the built-in and memory cards of different sizes can take, please click on the website below:http://i.imgur.com/4dBCDdr.jpgBasically, you can only take about 3 good photos with the built-in memory card, or it can take a few dozens of low-quality pictures. So I recommend to get a memory card; it's cheap, under £10. But if you'd like to take some pictures with the built-in memory, then please do the followings:1. You can go to the Menu on the camera, then go to Setup option, then go to the Format option, and format the built-in memory (in order to clear / refresh the built-in memory's storage space); see full illustrations / instructions below:http://i.imgur.com/WfW2zmw.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/bnWitQi.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/uMOLXPi.jpg2.
