I have just been connected to superfast broadband but cannot send any emails. I understand that I need to reset my settings for my outgoing server. Fleur Telecom have given me the new settings but I do not know how to instal them. Can you help please.

Can you tell me please which email program you use? eg: outlook 2010?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

To update the server, Click the email account you want to change.
Click the Accounts tab, and then click Properties.
Click the Servers tab, type the information provided by your email service provider, and then click OK.
