BBC I PLAYER JUST GOES TO A GREY SCREEN, ITV HUB JUST GOES BACK TO TV SCREEN AFTER ABOUT A MINUTE

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

ok, can you go to Settings, Setup, and choose Reset.
Reset the TV so it is returned to new.
Then set it up again like when you first received it (including connecting it to your wireless network).
Once done, tell me if it now runs please.

SORRY STILL NO JOY, I DID GET A PIN CODE TO CONTACT SAMSUNG.

ok, it is pointing to an issue with the Samsung servers or a hardware issues.
We have ruled out all other causes for this.
You will need to contact Samsung using the PIN, call them on 0330(###) ###-####
Inform them what we have done and tell me the results please.

I CONTACTED SAMSUNG, IT SEEM'S THERE IS AN ON GOING ISUE WITH THE MODEL I HAVE (WHICH THEY FAILED TO INFORM THERE COSTOMERS) THEY SAY THAY ARE WORKING ON IT AND HOPE TO HAVE IT SORTED IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I THANK YOU FOR TRYING TO HELP ME. I WOULD GRATEFULL IF YOU WILL END ANY CONTRACT I HAVE WITH YOU. THANKS AGAIN. *****
