Hi,What size of paper are you using? What problems are you encountering?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
A4 paper. 25% size picture.
Full size but only centre of the picture
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm expecting full size split over 4 x A4
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.
Ok, so you want to do "tiling".The easiest way to do this is create a Photoshop PDF file from the large document and then open the file with Adobe Acrobat and print it as a banner. This correctly tiles the document to fit across multiple pages.

So I have to download acrobat? That's ridiculous, pardon me. Surely there's a way with photoshop or the canon software?
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.
Unfortunately Photoshop and Canon do not have a tiling option. The only way to create professionally tiled images is using Acrobat.

Thank you. I did it the hard way - merged all layers then split the image in four then created four layers and saved each quarter - it worked, if a bit laborious.

Ok, glad to hear you got it sorted!
