Huawei g620s. power button dead but battery fully charged.

Resolved Question:

huawei g620s. power button dead but battery fully charged. Connect charger and then boot starts and stops after 2 secs; then tries again-- and again. Pressing power button will get a boot after many tries in this mode. Phone works ok until location changed.
Tried both factory resets.
What can I do now?

ok, if you also wiped the cache and still it will not boot then it confirms
it is the internal memory that has faulted.
A corrupted firmware can cause this. But this has been ruled out by the reinstall. Corrupted cache is also not the issue if you have wiped this.
This confirms its the memory that's at fault, which is part of the logic board, its this that needs replacement.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the phone to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

Hi: thanks for your attention to my problem.Before going further I decided to refresh my knowledge of smart phones and conduct another investigation. THis investigation eventually took me to an app which was corrupting the cache as soon as it became active. Removing the app solved the problem; pity as it was a useful app and it works OK on my tablet and other phone. This info. may be of use.
