Just got a new Roland Cube Street EX. Seems fine, except that

Resolved Question:

Just got a new Roland Cube Street EX. Seems fine, except that the mains power input plug is a bit loose and wobbly when plugged into the socket. Are they all like this, or should I return the unit for repair/replacement?

Hi there,

When fully pushed in, the mains power inlet cord should be secure and not wobbly or loose. If it seems loose and pulls out when lightly touched then it is not connecting correctly and this could present a hazard, so it should be returned for replacement.
