ok, open up the printer where you put the ink in Tony, and look for any small pieces of paper, they can be very small, setting off the sensor.If you can, with it powered off, use a vacuum cleaner to dislodge any pieces you cannot see.Then power it on and tell me if it now functions please

ok, then there is no paper at all, its a sensory failure I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you. That is the deposit you made for the service I provided. This is to go through and eliminate all the causes for this issue and if you still have the issue then to tell you the problem and what you need to do to fix this. This is my livelihood and if we only were paid when we got the problem resolved here online (which is not possible if it is a hardware issue which in your case it is) then no one would have worked with you on this in the event the issue was a hardware problem. We can only inform you what you now need to do to resolve this, which I have done which I believe is very reasonable. It is for this service that you have paid for an received
