When you turn On your printer, do you get the Replace ink message?

Turn On your printer and press the up or down arrow button to select Setup and press the OK button. Then select Maintenance > Ink Cartridge(s) Replacement and press one of the Start buttons.
Do you get the message to open the scanner unit.
Go back as you have entered a wrong setup.
Press the Home button.
Now press the up/down arrows till you see SETUP.
Then press Up arrow key
Do you get the message to open scanner unit?
Select Setup instead
Press Home then. Now click the up/down arrow. Do you get setup.
Press down arrow.
Keep pressing the down arrow until you reach Maintenance
Again press the down arrow until you reach Ink Replacement.
You should get an option of INK CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT under maintenance.
Press Back and again select Maintenance and tell me what options do you see when you press down arrow.
When you reach Maintenance, you have to press OK

They are quite easy to handle.
If you want to get out then press Home. And then do to setup by using down arrow key. Once you reach setup, press ok.
Then again down arrow until you reach Maintenance. Then again press OK.
Now press down arrow and you will get Ink Cartridge Replacement. Select it by pressing Ok and the press Start.
You will then get the message to Open the Scanner unit. Once you open it, you will see cartridges on the right side. Just remove the one which you want to replace.
