Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

are you able to get to the ink cartridges to remove them (meaning does the ink come to the middle when you open it)?
ok, can you change the cartridges please and tell me if you still get the error
ok, replace what you do have an tell me if it clears it please as it only takes one faulty cartridge to bring this issue up
It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, this now confirms it. We have ruled out all other causes for this
