Hi Richard, reconnected and showed green during 'check' then flashing red. The yellow toner is also showing red. Will it operate as B/W with a toner empty?

The printer is a few years old but only had two changes of Black toner. The colour toners are original. Many thanks for your assistance, I'll obtain a new toner and try again.
This was my first contact for assistance such as this and am very impressed. Thank you.
