Hi Lynda,

What happens if you try to print just one sheet at a time?

(remove all other paper from the paper feed area)

NOTHING just keeps coming up with same message
Expert:  Pete replied 9 months ago.

Ok, then there is likely a small paper jam somewhere in the printer.

To clear this, try pushing a piece of stiff card manually through the printer - this will help to dislodge any tiny fragments of paper that aren't visible.

Let me know if that works?

can' get the card through
Expert:  Pete replied 9 months ago.

You will need to use some card around the thickness of a birthday or greeting card.
If it is not wide enough to clear the entire width of the printer, pass it through twice - once on the first side, then on the other side of the printer.

Still no joy card won't go through
Expert:  Pete replied 9 months ago.

Can you try feeding it in the reverse direction - from the output tray into the printer?

Expert:  Pete replied 9 months ago.

Remember, you need to do this manually by hand and push it through.
