Epson L355 printer: I've just topped up all four ink cartridges (as instructed). The ink warning light remains on and I cannot print, clear printer heads or run a nozzle check.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Did you mean you tried to run a print head clean but it would not respond or do this?

That's correct. Using the buttons on the printer to run a nozzle check or to clean the printer heads produces no response.

I'm not sure where you're located, but from some countries my Mexican mobile needs an extra "1" after the country code, so either +529841308677 or +5219841308677
