Hi there and welcome

What is the make and model of the device Brian, you have the issue with?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Unfortunately there is no number in the book or on the unit, I bought the vehicle at 3 years old and to the best of my knowledge it is factory fitted. The vehicle is a Suzuki Grand Vitara Reg No ; A10BJX
