Thankyou I came back from holiday my TV would not switch on I contacted BT they helped, but I now have a very noisy snow storm on screen when I switch with BT remote, volume control does not work only Sony remote I can switch off by BT remote, but have to use Sony remote to use mode shut down I would to continue to use BT remote please. n
