Okay, that must be on your cable/sat box. Do you have BT?

Expert:  *ElectronicsTech replied 1 year ago.

There are two ways to switch on Audio Description for Freeview channels:

1. Temporary switch. Press the * button on your remote control to turn Audio Description on or off. This setting will be lost when you put your BT Vision+ box into standby or switch it off.

2. Permanent switch. Select Help & Settings > Setting > Accessibility Settings. You can then choose to set Audio Description on or off. This preference will remain even after you put your BT Vision+ box into standby or switch it off.
