On your phone, go to Settings- Accounts. Do you see your io play2 listed there?
Have you tried deleting the devices and then again setting up via bluetooth. Check if you get any option of Auto Sync.
Delete io play 2 from your Bluetooth device list in your Samsung phone and again set it.
If the issue is still the same then try the manual sync.
Have you tried on io play2,
Then Factory Reset is the last option. On your io play 2, hold down both the red and green buttons whilst in the home screen for 10 seconds. The kit will then briefly power down and then back on again with all features and settings reset. Now re-pair your phone.
