- Any idea how old is the TV and was there any thunderstorm in area that might have caused the trouble in TV?- Also, does Samsung logo/ welcome screen show up repeatedly while TV goes into on-off cycle?
OK, have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall socket for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?

If unplug - replug doesn't work that means main board of TV has got internal failure due to static charge of thunderstorm and reboots again and again but couldn't finish it thus you get repeatedly smart logo screen, main board replacement is needed to resolve the problem. I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the TV to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you. If TV is out of warranty then get the main board part number off of label pasted on main board inside TV to search/ google it to get price info to order it if you have plan to do-it-yourself OR local TV repair shop will do this job for you and you can expect around 140 Pounds or so for this repair.
