Hi there,

Who is your internet provider?

What type of internet hub/router are you using?

Is the TV connected with a wire, or wirelessly, to your router?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Talk talk in the internet provider - using fiberoptic (how ever its spelt) wireless connection to the tv
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Have you tried restarting the TalkTalk router?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The internet on all our other devices is working ok too
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

The internet working for other devices does not automatically mean it will work for the TV as well - sometimes the IP address of the TV can get 'stuck' on the router, and restarting the router normally fixes this.

How far away from the TV is the router?

Has anything been installed nearby recently that could be interfering with the wireless signal? (e.g. a cordless phone system)

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have just reset the router and still no change - really sorry but I'm not paying a furthure £19.00 for you to use remote assistance I have already paid £20.00
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

That's ok, you can ignore the automated offer sent for remote assistance.
