Who is your internet provider?
What type of internet hub/router are you using?
Is the TV connected with a wire, or wirelessly, to your router?
Have you tried restarting the TalkTalk router?
The internet working for other devices does not automatically mean it will work for the TV as well - sometimes the IP address of the TV can get 'stuck' on the router, and restarting the router normally fixes this.
How far away from the TV is the router?
Has anything been installed nearby recently that could be interfering with the wireless signal? (e.g. a cordless phone system)
