Hi,

My name is ***** ***** certified professional with over 10 years experience. I will be glad to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

You will need to use the release lever that releases the laminator’s roller pressure. It is on the back left if you are facing the laminator.

Operate the release lever and pull out the item by hand.

Let me know if this does not work and we can try another solution.

Please reply and let me know if you need any other assistance or if everything is good, take a moment to rate my service by choosing one of the stars at the top, then click submit.

Thank you very much!

Hi Randy.
Thank you for replying.
There is no card sticking out of the laminator so using the lever was no good.

okay, did you try the reverse button?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I had to unscrew the cover, but even using the button, it is impossible to pull the card out, as it is rolled into a cylinder inside.
So, short of dismantling the machine, I'm going to have to buy a new one.
Many thanks for your help.
Chris.
