Okay, then go to Menu-Support-Self Diagnosis. Then select RESET
The TV turns off and on again automatically and then displays the Setup screen.
Go through the setup. Select default language. If you are asked for a pin, then 0000 is the default pin
Select wireless if you are connected via wifi
Is the picture same as before?
Go to Menu-Picture-3D
When did all this start?
Turn it off
Still the same?
Go to Menu > Broadcasting > Channel Settings > Fine Tune.
Fine tune the pictures until they are clear and then select Save or Close
Have you tried changing the picture modes?
Try doing a firmware upgrade, that's the last thing to do else this is a hardware issue
Do you have a USB Memory Drive?
No problem, lets try doing that without it first. Is your tv connected to wifi?
Press the MENU button, select ‘Support’, ‘Software Update’, and then ‘Update now’.
The message “Checking for updates>” is displayed.
If the TV finds a higher firmware version from the server, TV asks you to update new version. Press Yes
It starts downloading. When the firmware upgrade is completed, the TV turns off and then back on by itself.
When did you buy this tv?
Which means it is out of warranty.
Was there any kind of power outage in your area recently?
Try changing the picture size to 4:3
Select Menu > Picture > Picture Size.
Then select 4:3 if available.
Then select Smart View 1 if available.
This seems to be a hardware issue. Most probably the issue is with the gama IC located in the T-con board. Replacing the IC is an option; replacing the T-con board is easier and faster. It will cost you around £25 plus the services charged by the repair shop.
