I have a LCD Digital colour television model no: KDL-20S2030

Resolved Question:

I have a LCD Digital colour television model no: KDL-20S2030 and a Panasonic DVD recorder model no. DMR-EX773EB. The DVD has stopped working as there is a dialogue box on the TV saying 'Digital Favourites' and I cannot delete this. I think the problem is with my new One For All remote, which doesn't work for this problem. It replaced the original Sony remote which stopped working. Do I need a Sony remote and if so, what should I buy?

Have you tried the coloured buttons on the one for all to see if they remove the message
