First delete your car's bluetooth from your phone's paired list
Also delete it from phone's saved list of bluetooth devices
Now on your car's bluetooth, search for available devices.
Turn the bluetooth off. Now turn off the car's audio system. Then turn it on after 10 seconds. Try to pair now after turning on th bluetooth
Is it still giving error?
Search on your phone. And then try to pair.
On your phone, go to settings- Applications. Under All apps, check Bluetooth. Tap clear cache, Force stop then try one more time.
What is the status now?
Restart your phone.
