I am providing you some steps. Try to follow them carefully.
Simultaneously press and hold the Power button + Volume Up button + Home button (located at the bottom in the middle) until recovery booting appears on the screen.
You have to press and hold these three button simultaneously until you get a list of some options on the screen
Did you get something on the screen?
Do you see wipe data/factory reset option?
Tap it and tell me what options do you get afterwards
Tap start the samsung galaxy
Tap Scan and see if your wifi network is listed there or not. If yes, then enter the correct password ***** tap connect
Tap next if you see the option
Tap I Agree
Are you on the wifi option?
Tap Forget Network
Now click this above link and press I agree on the page that opens up in your computer screen. You will see a file will get automatically downloaded. Open/Run that file
Long press the Dragon network that you see under wifi network. You will get the option of Forget Network
Tap on the dragon network, what option do you get
You don't remember password?
Watch this video and follow the steps which are shown in it to recover the password ***** your computer.

If you are not able to recover the password, then turn off the phone. Turn it on again normally.

Check this image. And make sure the I Agree is ticked off and Yes is selected, then press Next as in the attached image

Turn off the phone and reset it.
press and hold the power button + volume up button + home key until the Samsung logo appears, then release only the power button. Release the volume up button and home key when the recovery screen appears and keep on pressing the power button until you get recovery menu.
