I have a Samsung S5, SM-G900F. On 16th July I removed it

Resolved Question:

Hi. I have a Samsung S5, SM-G900F. On 16th July I removed it from my pocket to see that it had reset itself. Normal complaint, lost pictures but also I had a number of Memos stored, including a whole list of passwords but other important information. I have tried DrFone but only tries to re-install what has been created since the reset. Have to say extremely annoyed with Samsung. I did back up but it was last year so any help gratefully appreciated.

Hi Nigel. Welcome to justanswer.

Have you set up the google account on your phone after the reset?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
Hi Nathan. Sadly not that simple! It's a work phone and didn't want Google play etc.

Did you earlier had any google account on the phone (before the reset)?
