Gerrard, the problem is with the firmware. And as your tab is only 4 months old, then the manufacturer will install a fresh copy of the firmware into it for free. So I would advise you to take it to their service center.
You have already tried factory reset, right?
So taking it to iRulu is the only option as further troubleshooting will mend the warranty and moreover the original firmware is with irulu only
