I have just set up Galaxy tab S2 yesterday was working fine

i hope the charger is not connected while you are following the step.

Press and hold down only the power button for 45 seconds and that should shut down the power.

you will have to carry the tab to a nearby samsung service center as its under warranty we dont want to open the cover to remove the battery as it will void warranty.

Hi Jenny. Your phone has caused an update to get stuck while downloading and which has caused a glitch in the firmware of your phone. This is very well covered in the warranty of the phone. Samsung will put a new firmware version in your phone for free. Do you want contact details of Samsung? Do you want any further assistance?
