Can you please confirm this is a Samsung TV, and if the model number above is correct, as the nearest I can find is UN28H4000AF.Please also confirm if you have any other TV using the same aerial and if they are able to receive freeview.

Due to the nature of your issue remove assistance will not be possible (I cant remotely connect to your TV).
Please confirm the aerial is working for other TV's and that this is issue relates to a Samsung TV.
