Customer Question

I have to reconnect my Panasonic to the wireless for the I player.
But putting in the codeword has confused me, as you have to have numbers, capitals and small letters , I'm not sure how to do that on the control, without getting it in a mess.
Hope you can e-mail me the method, or I will forget by the time I have to do it tomorrow, sorry.

Hi Pam

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Pete,
I understand you are offline at the moment.
All I need is the secret of which button on the control do I press to change from small letters to capitals, as the number they require from my BT Hub code is in letters, numbers, and capitals.
Lovely to get this fixed, cannot understand why the I player stopped, as it was working fine until we came back from holiday!!

Can you let me know the model number of the TV or the remote you are using?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hello Pete,
Well, you will not believe it, but my grandson came round half an hour ago, and fixed it just like that, I found too many options, and kept choosing the wrong one, age I'm afraid!
So thanks for coming back to me, I'm afraid its all done....at last...
Can I have a refund please.
Must go now.
Regards
Pam
