my panasonic bluray disc player /hdd recorder handset is deleting programmes I have recorded when i press the stop button. So it is impossible to stop anything mid viewing. Help!

Ok, the system seems to have developed a fault or gotten corrupted - unfortunately the only way to rectify this is by resetting it to its factory settings which means all of your recordings will be erased.

You will need to plan a convenient time to carry out the reset using the DMR's menu to reset it.
