Lowrance Endura Sierra running Quo Mobile XT - not used for

Resolved Question:

Lowrance Endura Sierra running Quo Mobile XT - not used for some months - gets a satellite fix and then within seconds or minutes reports "No valid GPS fix" on the satellites page. Any ideas?

Hi Bob,

My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.

When the Endura Sierra displays "No valid GPS fix" in an open area, it indicates a problem with the built-in antenna.

It will need to be returned to Lowrance for repair.

Kindly rate my service 5 stars at the top of your question page so I am rewarded for my time; tips appreciated :)

Turns out you weren't right at all! Eventually contacted Support at the UK distributor, was told me to remove the card, restart and disable one of the GPS settings (WAFF/?????), turn off, replace the card, turn on and bingo, done in two minutes and free! Lesson learned.
