Hi Roger. Welcome to justanswer.
How old is your printer? And how often do you use it?
Then most probably the waste ink tank and counter are the problem. They have become full. These are the pads which absorb the extra ink from the cartridges.
You can try resetting them. If it works after resetting the counter then you can use it for some days more. If it doesn't then waste ink pads need to be replaced but I would not suggest you to replace it.
You will need to install a resetting software.
Should I install the software? If yes then accept the remote assistance offer.
Else I will give you the links to the software.
Let me know how you would like to proceed
Roger, please reply so that necessary assistance can be provided.
Yes sure Roger. Are you using Windows computer or Mac system?
CLICK HERE and the WIC reset software will automatically get downloaded. Once the download is complete, open the file and reset the ink pads
The procedure is little bit tricky and I doubt that you will be able to reset it yourself. If you want I can drop down my share of charge and help you reset the ink pads.
