Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

On your desktop, Right click the Microsoft logo that you see at the bottom right of your screen and select Control Panel from the list. Now go to Devices and Printers. Tell me which printer has been marked right with a green tick.

I have a very clever son, he did it on the phone today for me ,it was just replace empty cartridges. two of them .
